Keith Cooke

Keith Cooke is a multifaceted martial artist renowned for his expertise in Wushu, Tae Kwon Do, and Karate. His journey into the world of martial arts began in 1973 when he commenced his Wushu training under the guidance of Roger Tung.

In 1980, Cooke took a significant step by traveling to China, where he dedicated himself to rigorous training, practicing an impressive five hours daily. This commitment paid off when he entered the competitive arena in 1983, quickly making a name for himself. That year, he secured a commendable second place in both the Weapons and Forms Divisions, narrowly losing to the esteemed George Chung.

However, Cooke's determination propelled him to the top in 1984, when he claimed the number one spot in the competition circuit. His exceptional skills and contributions to martial arts were recognized in 1985, when he was honored with the title of Martial Artist of the Year.
