Tómas Lemarquis

Tómas Lemarquis, born on August 3, 1977, is a talented actor with both French and Icelandic heritage. Hailing from Reykjavík, he is the son of an Icelandic mother and Gérard Lemarquis, a French schoolteacher. Lemarquis's striking appearance, marked by the absence of hair due to alopecia universalis, became evident by the age of 14. His diverse upbringing between Iceland and France influenced his artistic journey, leading him to study theater at the prestigious Cours Florent in Paris, where he shared classes with future star Audrey Tautou. He also honed his craft at the Reykjavík School of Fine Arts.

Lemarquis gained significant recognition for his performance in the acclaimed 2003 Icelandic film "Nói Albínói," which showcased his unique talent. His prowess as an actor continued to shine with a notable role in the 2018 Berlinale Film Festival award-winning film "Touch Me Not."
