Walter Hahn, widely recognized in the wrestling world as Gunther, is a prominent Austrian professional wrestler currently under contract with WWE, where he showcases his talents on the Raw brand. He began his journey in wrestling in 2005 with IWA Switzerland and quickly established himself in Europe, performing under various monikers like Big Van Walter and Walter. His tenure at Westside Xtreme Wrestling (wXw) was particularly notable, where he became a three-time Unified World Wrestling Champion and a four-time World Tag Team Champion. He also served as the head trainer at the wXw Wrestling Academy from 2015 to 2020, shaping the next generation of wrestlers.

Hahn joined WWE in 2018, where he made a significant impact by holding the NXT United Kingdom Championship for an impressive 870 days, the longest reign in the title’s history. Transitioning to the main roster, he set a remarkable record with a 666-day reign as WWE Intercontinental Champion.
