Ryal Strom, a transgender man, was born on August 9, 1980, in Sacramento, California. Growing up, he faced challenges that included battling depression and anxiety, which significantly impacted his early life. After completing his education at Natomas High School and graduating in 1998, he sought a fresh start in Inyo County in 2001. It was there that he began his transition in 2009, embracing his true identity.

Currently residing in Northern California, Ryal is dedicated to advocating for transgender rights and is pursuing higher education to enhance his effectiveness in this critical area.
