Hailing from a family of climbing enthusiasts, she is the daughter of renowned climbers Didier Raboutou and Robyn Erbesfield, both of whom have secured multiple world championship titles. Her brother, Shawn Raboutou, is also recognized as one of the top bouldering climbers globally.

By the age of 21, Brooke had already established herself as a formidable athlete, achieving some of the most challenging climbs in the world. Notably, she finished fifth in the inaugural Olympic Games featuring climbing, showcasing her talent on a grand stage. Brooke became the youngest climber to complete an 8c route, achieving this milestone while practicing "Welcome to Tijuana" in Rodellar, surpassing Adam Ondra's record by six months. Additionally, she became the youngest woman to ascend an 8b+/5.14 route and made history as the first girl to solve a V10 at age nine and a V11 at age ten.

In 2023, she clinched gold at the first bouldering World Cup held in Hachioji, where she successfully validated block 1 and was the only competitor to complete blocks 3 and 4.
