Tsianina Joelson

Tsianina Joelson, born Tsianina Marie Means on January 16, 1975, in Coquille, Oregon, is a multifaceted American actress, fitness model, and former beauty pageant titleholder. Growing up in Oregon, she made a name for herself early in her career, being crowned Miss Coos County in 1993. Her journey into the limelight continued when she won the Fitness America's Miss Fitness USA title in 1997, a victory celebrated while she was married to former NFL player Greg Joelson.

In 2004, she tied the knot with Michael Lohmann, further expanding her personal and professional life. Tsianina gained significant recognition as the co-host of the MTV fitness series The Daily Burn, where she motivated viewers to lead healthier lifestyles. Among her acting credits, she is perhaps best known for portraying the cheerleader Darcy in the 2000 cult classic Bring It On. Additionally, she showcased her acting prowess with a recurring role as Varia, a fierce Amazon warrior, on the beloved television series Xena: Warrior Princess, where she made four appearances.
