Rosa Robson

Rosa Grace Robson, born on February 29, 1992, is a talented English actress and comedian hailing from Frome, Somerset. Renowned for her comedic timing and versatile performances, Robson gained popularity through her role as Ashley in the ITV2 sitcom *Buffering*, which aired from 2021 to 2023. Her film credits include the 2022 romantic drama *She Is Love*.

Robson completed her A Levels at Frome Community College in 2010 before pursuing her higher education at Homerton College, Cambridge. While at university, she was actively involved in several theatrical groups, including Footlights, Pembroke Players, and the Marlowe Society. In 2012, she co-founded a comedy duo named Beard with fellow Footlights member Matilda Wnek, debuting at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The duo returned to the festival in subsequent years, gaining attention for their unique brand of humor.

Her career took off in 2015 when she made her feature film debut in Jamie Adams’ *Black Mountain Poets* and appeared on television in Nick Helm's *Heavy Entertainment*. Robson has collaborated with the Royal Shakespeare Company, performing in notable productions like *Doctor Faustus* and *Don Quixote*, with the latter marking her West End debut in 2018. Beyond *Buffering*, she has had roles in the BBC One comedy *The Outlaws* and the anthology series *Inside No. 9*. In 2024, she showcased her talents in Sami Ibrahim's *Multiple Casualty Incident* at The Yard Theatre in London, further establishing her presence in the performing arts.
