Sergio Bini Bustric
Sergio Bini, known artistically as Bustric, is a talented performer whose background in the arts spans multiple disciplines. He studied at the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy at the University of Bologna, gaining a strong foundation in the humanities. To further hone his craft, Bustric attended the prestigious National Circus School in Paris, where he trained under renowned figures Annie Fratellini and Pierre Etaix. His pursuit of performance excellence continued with studies in abstract pantomime led by Etienne Decroux in Rome, as well as training at the Roy Bosier school.
Bustric's artistic journey also included a significant period of study with Jon Strasberg at the Actors Studio, where he refined his acting skills. After a successful stint in experimental theater, he took a bold step by co-founding the Company Melquiades with three other young artists. This collaborative effort allowed Bustric to explore innovative theatrical expressions and push the boundaries of performance art.
Through his diverse training and experiences, Bustric has developed a unique style that blends elements of circus, theater, and mime, earning him recognition in the artistic community. His work continues to inspire audiences and fellow performers alike, as he remains dedicated to his craft.
