Beatriz Escudero
Beatriz Alvarez Escudero, widely recognized as Beatriz Escudero, was born on November 16, 1950, in La Felguera, Asturias, Spain. She began her career in the entertainment industry as a television personality, making her on-screen debut in the popular Spanish game show "One, two, three ... responds again," where she served as a stewardess from 1976 to 1977. Her artistic journey took a musical turn in late 1976 when she joined forces with fellow show hostesses Maria Duran and Mayra Gómez Kemp to form the musical group Trio “Acuario.” The trio achieved notable success and remained active until 1980.
Escudero also ventured into film, landing her first role in the 1976 movie "The Book of Good Love II." Although she appeared in various films during the late 1970s and early 1980s, many of which were characterized by their low production values and featured popular comedic duos like Andrés Pajares and Fernando Esteso, her appearances often included scenes of nudity, which was a common trend for actresses of that era. In 1984, she stepped back from performing on stage but remained engaged in the television industry throughout the 1990s as an assistant director for several programs on Antena 3 TV, including "De tu a tu," hosted by Nieves Herrero.
