Hailing from Cleveland and now shining in Los Angeles, Ashley Bornancin stands out as a prominent figure in the realm of television. With a robust career spanning over ten years, she has established herself as a versatile multimedia journalist, morning and entertainment reporter, and TV host, showcasing her extensive skill set across various platforms.

Currently, Ashley serves as the lead morning reporter for Toledo's top station, 13ABC, where she captivates audiences with engaging stories from 5 to 7:30 AM, covering everything from urgent news updates to delightful tours of local opera houses. Her contributions extend to the 12 PM and 5 PM broadcasts, where she takes on the full spectrum of storytelling as a multimedia journalist—writing, editing, and shooting her own segments.

With over eight years of industry experience, Ashley previously worked as a TV host and social producer for Bravo and NBC Universal in Los Angeles, alongside serving as a morning correspondent for The CW's "Aging and Awesome" in Las Vegas. Her expertise in entertainment journalism shines through her work as a red carpet reporter, interviewing high-profile personalities such as Meghan Markle, John Legend, and Gloria Allred.

Ashley’s passion for journalism ignited at just five years old, when she began crafting neighborhood newsletters with her mother’s typewriter. This early love led her to earn the Journalism Broadcast Scholarship at Biola University, where she graduated as the Executive Producer and Head Anchor of the university's broadcast program.

In addition to her journalism career, Ashley has showcased her talents as a performer in projects like Netflix's "Spy Kids Mission Critical" and numerous appearances on NBC's "Good Girls" and "Scandal." When she’s not delivering compelling stories, Ashley enjoys family meals filled with Italian meatballs, training for half marathons, and exploring the world through travel and language learning.
