Javier "Harvey" Guillén (Latin American Spanish: [xaˈβjeɾ ˈxaɾβi ɣiˈʝen]; born May 3, 1990) is a prominent American actor recognized primarily for his portrayal of Guillermo de la Cruz, the human familiar in the acclaimed television series, What We Do in the Shadows.

Born to Mexican immigrant parents, Guillén adopted the name Harvey to simplify pronunciation for his teachers. He pursued his studies at Citrus College, where he completed the prestigious Citrus Singers program in 2005. His father, who inspired his passion for acting, sadly passed away from lung cancer in 2017.

Fluent in Spanish, English, and Japanese—having learned the latter during a 13-month stay in Japan—Guillén identifies as queer.

Throughout his career, Guillén has held recurring roles in various television series, including Alistair Delgado in Huge (2010), Cousin Blobbin in The Thundermans (2013–2018), George Reyes in Eye Candy (2015), and Benedict Fenwick in The Magicians (2017–2018). He featured in the film The Internship (2013) and began portraying Guillermo in FX's What We Do in the Shadows in 2019. He was also cast in Quibi's sci-fi series Don’t Look Deeper, which was canceled shortly after.

Guillén has garnered significant praise for his performance, with TheWrap listing him among "2019 Emmy Contenders." He has voiced characters in Mickey Mouse Funhouse and played Nightwing in the third season of Harley Quinn. Notably, in 2022, he voiced Perrito in Puss in Boots: The Last Wish and performed a skit as Representative George Santos on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert in 2023. In 2024, he reprised his role as Cousin Blobbin in The Thundermans Return
