Nils Dörgeloh is a talented German actor who transitioned to the performing arts after a successful business career. He honed his craft at the Schule für Schauspiel Hamburg and the William Esper Studio in New York, followed by classical acting studies at the Michael Chekhov Studio in Berlin, supplemented with training in Los Angeles.

Dörgeloh made his theatrical debut before stepping into film with Marco Kreuzpaintner’s comedy, Coming In, in 2014. His acting repertoire expanded with a role in the film adaptation of Benedict Wells’ novel, Becks letzter Sommer, directed by Frieder Wittich in 2015, where he starred alongside Christian Ulmen.

His breakout role came with the popular comedy series Jerks, which premiered in 2017. Dörgeloh's performance alongside Christian Ulmen and Fahri Yardim earned him the Quotenmeter Television Award for Best Supporting Actor. He has also showcased his dramatic skills in various episodes of the renowned crime series Tatort, notably in the critically acclaimed Im toten Winkel, directed by Philip Koch, in 2018.

In addition to his work in Jerks, Dörgeloh appeared in the SWR miniseries Labaule & Erben the same year, directed by Boris Kunz, and took on a lead role in the VOX series Milk & Honey. Most recently, he was featured in Daniel Brühl’s directorial debut, Nebenan (Next Door), which was showcased at the 71st Berlin International Film Festival in 2021.
