Darren Criss
Darren Everett Criss, born on February 5, 1987, is a multifaceted American actor, singer, and songwriter who gained prominence through his role on the hit television series Glee from 2010 to 2015. He received critical acclaim for his portrayal of Andrew Cunanan in the 2018 installment of Ryan Murphy's American Crime Story, The Assassination of Gianni Versace, earning both an Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited Series or Movie and a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor in a Miniseries or Television Film.
Criss is also a co-founder of StarKid Productions, a musical theater company based in Chicago. He first captured public attention by taking on the iconic role of Harry Potter in the beloved musical A Very Potter Musical, for which he also contributed significantly to the music and lyrics. His Broadway credits include performances in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying and Hedwig and the Angry Inch, showcasing his versatility as a performer.
In 2015, he co-created Elsie Fest, recognized as New York City's inaugural outdoor music festival dedicated to celebrating songs from theater and film.
