Gerardo Mejía, widely recognized simply as Gerardo, is a prominent Latino rapper and singer who transitioned into a successful recording executive and, more recently, a dedicated youth pastor. Born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, he relocated to Glendale, California, with his family at the age of 12. Gerardo gained fame in Los Angeles, becoming an iconic figure known for his signature bandana, form-fitting jeans, and often shirtless appearance. He has humorously dubbed himself the "Latin Elvis," "Latin Frank Sinatra," and even "Joe Rider" or "Tony Zuzio."
