Jane Frazee, a captivating blue-eyed brunette, began her career in entertainment at the tender age of six. Alongside her older sister, Ruth Frazee, she formed a vaudeville sister act that graced nightclubs and radio shows. Their journey led them to Hollywood, but the duo parted ways when Jane excelled in her screen tests while Ruth did not. With her charming voice and striking appearance, Jane signed with Republic Pictures, where she became a familiar face in a series of westerns and light musicals.

Her filmography expanded as she transitioned to Universal Pictures, where she showcased her singing talent alongside comedic legends Bud Abbott and Lou Costello in "Buck Privates" (1941) and performed amidst the hilarity of Ole Olsen and Chic Johnson in "Hellzapoppin'" (1941). In 1942, she married actor and director Glenn Tryon, welcoming a son named Timothy, though their marriage ended in divorce in 1947.

In the early 1950s, Jane shifted her focus to television, making guest appearances on various shows. Eventually, she retired from acting to pursue a successful career in real estate. Jane Frazee passed away on September 6, 1985, in Newport Beach, California, at the age of 67, following complications from a stroke. Her contributions to the entertainment industry have left a lasting legacy.
