Marco Beltrami
Marco Beltrami, born on October 7, 1966, is a distinguished American composer renowned for his work in film and television scoring. His diverse portfolio spans multiple genres, prominently including horror with acclaimed titles such as Scream, Mimic, The Faculty, Resident Evil, The Woman in Black, Carrie, A Quiet Place, and The Nun II. He has also made significant contributions to the action genre with films like Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, Live Free or Die Hard, and World War Z, as well as to science fiction works like I, Robot and Snowpiercer. His versatility extends to Westerns, as evidenced in 3:10 to Yuma and Jonah Hex, and superhero films including Hellboy, The Wolverine, Logan, and Venom: Let There Be Carnage.
Beltrami has built a strong partnership with director Wes Craven, scoring seven of his films, including the first four installments of the Scream series from 1996 to 2011.
