Gabriel Chytry

Gabriel T. Chytry, pronounced /kih-tree/, was born to a diverse lineage, with a Czech-Armenian philosopher as his father and a French-American Bharatanatyam dancer as his mother. This rich cultural background greatly influenced his artistic journey. Chytry's passion for performance took root during his time at Berkeley High, where he made a memorable debut as a lead Afro-Haitian dancer, solidifying his desire to explore unconventional narratives through art.

He furthered his education at the University of California at Santa Barbara, earning Honors in Law and Society. His theatrical career took off in New York, where he starred as Jacques in the French comedy, Cuisines et Dependences. Over the past decade, Chytry has showcased his versatility across various mediums, including music videos and television. Notably, he portrayed the legendary President Abraham Lincoln in a CNN original series, demonstrating his ability to embody complex historical figures.

Chytry's filmography includes a range of genres, from the horror flick Hell House III: Lake of Fire, where he played the ambitious billionaire Russell Wynn, to independent films that delve into themes of ecology, technology, and identity.
