James Wen

James Wen, a prominent Taiwanese model and actor, hails from San Chong in Taipei and is of Hakka heritage. His educational journey began at Songshan High School of Agriculture and Industry, where he concentrated on mechanical engineering before advancing to Shih Hsin University, where he obtained a degree in Communication Management.

Wen's career took off during his school years when he appeared on the television show "Born to Be a Model." Initially aspiring to be a political journalist, he honed his skills at Catwalk Modeling Agency and began working part-time as a magazine model and in commercials. It was in his junior year that he discovered his true passion for acting and took on the role of a director's assistant at the Central Motion Picture Corporation.

After fulfilling his military obligations, Wen ventured into the culinary world by co-founding a barbecue restaurant with friends, although it later closed. Beyond acting and hosting, he has also delved into writing, publishing a photo book titled *Moments of Realness: Wen Sheng Hao's Hokkaido Text and Images* in 2010. Expanding his artistic repertoire, he entered the music scene in 2013 with his debut EP, "James Wen Wen Sheng Hao," released on March 22.

In his personal life, Wen welcomed his daughter, Wen Yong Qing, on April 12, 2013, and married his long-time girlfriend, Xiao Jun, on June 10, 2013.
