Erika Prevost
Erika Prevost is a talented mixed-race Japanese-Canadian actress, who grew up in Montreal, Canada. She discovered her passion for performance early in life, initially expressing herself through dance before transitioning into acting. Erika gained recognition for her role as a series regular in Disney's popular teen dance drama, *The Next Step*, which marked her entry into the acting world. She further refined her skills at The National Theatre School of Canada, graduating in 2020 with a focus on Acting. Following her education, she relocated to Toronto, where she continues to build her career.
Erika has established herself in the film and television landscape with notable performances in various productions, including Sony's *Party Of Five*, Amazon Prime's *Colors of Love*, Lionsgate's *Step Up All In*, Starz' *American Gods*, Lifetime's *Saying Yes To Christmas*, and Universal Pictures' latest installment of the *Bring It On* franchise, among others. She is set to star in an upcoming Tubi original film, scheduled for release in December 2022.
In addition to her acting prowess, Erika has extensive dance training across multiple styles, including Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Ballet, Jazz, and Ballroom. Her dance experience includes performances on NBC's *The Voice*, at the Just For Laughs Gala, and with Cirque du Soleil for prestigious events like the NBA All-Star Games and the Pan Am Games Opening Ceremony.
Traveling throughout Canada from Vancouver to Halifax, Erika continues to embrace the evolving nature of the industry, aiming to share her passion for storytelling with a wide audience while prioritizing authenticity.
