Kanyawee Songmuang, commonly known as Thanaerng, is a talented Thai-Chinese actress and model hailing from Roi Et province. She received her secondary education at Satree Suksa High School in her hometown before pursuing higher studies at Thammasat University, where she majored in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) through the College of Interdisciplinary Studies. Earlier in her academic journey, she honed her artistic skills at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Thammasat University, focusing on design.

Thanaerng made her mark in the entertainment industry with her participation in the "Miss Teen Thailand" pageant in 2012, followed by "Thailand Super Model" in 2013. Her breakthrough came through her role in the series "Hormones: The Next Gen," where she gained recognition by reaching the Top 6. This success led to her appearance in "Hormones 2" in 2014, further solidifying her career.

After signing with Nadao Bangkok, Kanyawee showcased her versatility in various acclaimed series, including "ThirTEEN Terrors" (2014), "Hormones" (2015), "Senior Secret Love: My Lil Boy" (2016), "Project S: Shoot! I Love You" (2017), and "Kiss Me Again" (2018). Additionally, she displayed her acting prowess in the film "Pretend" (2018), marking her as a prominent figure in contemporary Thai entertainment.
