Nicholas Colasanto
Nicholas Colasanto (January 19, 1924 – February 12, 1985) was a prominent American actor and television director, celebrated for his memorable portrayal of "Coach" Ernie Pantusso on the iconic sitcom Cheers.
Born in Providence, Rhode Island, Colasanto began his career in the entertainment industry as a director for various stage productions.
