Daniel Dasent is a talented SAG-AFTRA actor with over a decade of experience in the film and television industry. Throughout his 12-year career, he has showcased his versatility by appearing in five independent films, more than 30 short films, three seasons of a television series, two web series, and numerous commercials both domestically and internationally.
His acting foundation was laid through rigorous training in the Meisner technique under David Cox at the Actor's Playhouse in Austin, Texas, where he honed his craft for two years. Additionally, he studied the Uta Hagen method with Mark Durso at Actrue in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, further enhancing his skills.
With a strong affinity for action films and martial arts, Daniel has undergone extensive training in firearms, martial arts, and boxing. He has recently delved into the disciplines of Japanese swordsmanship and Gung Fu, demonstrating his commitment to continuous improvement as an actor.
In recognition of his impressive work, Daniel was honored with the 'Actor's Achievement in Film' award at the WITA Awards on September 24, 2012, in Hollywood, Florida.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Daniel enjoys participating in various sports, including tennis, squash, running, and water activities, reflecting his active lifestyle and passion for fitness.
