Tee Reel embarked on his career as a music video director, making a name for himself through collaborations with prominent artists like 2 Live Crew and Kanye West. His talent quickly propelled him into the spotlight, leading to a lucrative six-figure contract with Red Light District Video, the distributor of Paris Hilton’s infamous celebrity sex tape. This pivotal moment opened doors to partnerships with leading companies such as The Candy Shop, Black Ice Pictures, and Vicious Media, where he earned his first nomination for Best Director.

After a brief hiatus from the adult entertainment scene, Tee dedicated time to assist his twin brother in writing and producing several horror films, casting various industry talents in the process. He made a triumphant return in 2010 by establishing Ideal Image Models, a talent agency that has since discovered and represented numerous stars, including Jena Ivory (Penthouse Pet), Elizabeth Marx (Playboy Cyber Girl of the Year), and Isiah Maxwell (Male Performer of the Year). The agency has successfully expanded, with offices now in Los Angeles, Miami, and Las Vegas.

Throughout his career, Tee Reel has accumulated a wealth of accolades, earning multiple nominations and awards from prestigious organizations such as AVN, X-Biz, and XRCO. In 2020, he was honored with an induction into the Urban X Hall of Fame, solidifying his legacy in the industry.
