Gerard Kelly

Paul "Gerard" Kelly (27 May 1959 – 28 October 2010) was a prominent Scottish actor celebrated for his extensive work in comedy and drama. He gained widespread recognition for his role as Willie Melvin, an aspiring author navigating the ups and downs of life, in the beloved television series *City Lights*, which aired from 1986 to 1992.
