Paul Morrissey (February 23, 1938 - October 28, 2024) was a prominent American film director renowned for his groundbreaking work alongside artist Andy Warhol. His educational journey began at Ampleforth College, a private Roman Catholic institution, followed by studies at Fordham University. After his academic pursuits, Morrissey served in the United States Army, an experience that shaped his worldview.
A self-identified political conservative, Morrissey was vocal about his views on morality and what he perceived as anti-Catholic sentiment in society.
