Flora Bramley (1909 – June 23, 1993) was a talented English-American actress and comedian whose career spanned the silent film era and early talkies. Born in London, Bramley's artistic journey began on stage, performing in musical revues. In June 1926, during a visit to family in Hollywood, she caught the attention of United Artists and was signed to a contract. Her film debut came with "The Dude Cowboy" in 1926, followed by several projects, all under the United Artists banner.

A significant milestone in her career was her collaboration with the iconic comic actor Buster Keaton in "College" (1927), encouraged by Harry Brand, the general manager of Keaton's studio. The following year, Bramley gained notable recognition as one of the WAMPAS Baby Stars, a title that granted her considerable publicity and furthered her career prospects. Her filmography includes "We Americans" (1928), showcasing her versatility.

In addition to her film work, Bramley also graced the stage, notably performing as Laurel in the play "Stella Dallas" at The Fulton in Oakland, California, on December 1, 1929. However, her film career saw a decline after her appearance in "The Flirting Widow" in 1930. Flora Bramley passed away on June 23, 1993, at her residence in Moline, Illinois, leaving behind a legacy of early cinematic charm and comedic talent.
