Ella Wahlestedt

Ella Linnea Wahlestedt was born in Stockholm, Sweden, where she spent her early childhood before relocating to the United States at the age of six. She hails from a family with a strong academic background; her mother, Lisa, is a physician, while her father, Claes Wahlestedt, M.D. and Ph.D., is a noted pharmacologist. Ella's multicultural heritage includes Swedish roots from her father and a blend of German and Swedish/Norwegian descent from her mother.

By the age of ten, Ella had already achieved the status of a USAG level 7 gymnast. Her journey into acting began serendipitously when she attended an acting class next door while waiting for her gymnastics coach. This newfound passion led to her acceptance into a performing arts middle school, where she quickly made a name for herself, appearing in over a dozen films and national television shows within two years.

In 2014, she made her mark in Los Angeles with the role of "Emma Hastings" in the film *Echo*. Ella is also recognized for her performance as "Caroline Hall" in the TV series *American Wives* (2007). Beyond acting, she has showcased her talents in various commercials, theater productions, and national advertising campaigns. Outside of her artistic endeavors, Ella enjoys writing, photography, singing, and engaging in CrossFit, all while actively supporting numerous charitable initiatives. She currently divides her time between Los Angeles and Miami.
