Angie Cepeda Jiménez, born on August 2, 1974, in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, is a celebrated actress known for her dynamic performances in both television and film. The daughter of lawyers Yadhira Jiménez and José Cepeda, Angie grew up in Barranquilla before moving to Bogotá, where she initially made her mark as a model.

Her acting career took off in the 1990s with appearances in popular soap operas such as "The Curse of Paradise," "Only a Woman," and "Candela." In 1996, she made her cinematic debut in Sergio Cabrera's "Ilona Arrives with the Rain," which showcased her talent on the big screen.
