Juul Vrijdag, born on July 28, 1956, is a prominent Dutch actress celebrated for her roles in theater, television, and film, often featuring in supporting characters. Her career in the entertainment industry took off in the early 1990s with her appearance in the film *Stroomopwaarts*, which also starred actors like Gees Linnebank and Geert de Jong. Following this debut, Vrijdag gained recognition through various guest appearances in notable productions such as *Aletta Jacobs: Het hoogste streven*, *Zeeuws Meisje*, and *Baantjer*, as well as the television series *Spoorloos verdwenen* and *De Daltons, de jongensjaren*.

Throughout her career, she exhibited her versatility in films like *Otje* (1998), *Noordeloos* (2001), *De Passievrucht* (2003), *Verder dan de maan* (2003), *Alles is Liefde* (2007), and *New Kids Nitro* (2011).
