Chaislyn Jane King, known simply as Chaislyn, was born on March 30, 2001, and has emerged as a talented American singer-songwriter and actress from Louisiana.
Chaislyn's passion for performance blossomed in her childhood as she became an integral part of her local musical theatre community. At just 9 years old, she took on the role of the caterpillar in a rendition of Alice in Wonderland, setting the stage for her future. Over the years, she showcased her versatility by portraying iconic characters such as Ariel in The Little Mermaid, Teen Fiona in Shrek: The Musical, and Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz.
In 2018, at the age of 17, Chaislyn launched her music career with the heartfelt ballad "Little Did I Know," featured as the final track on her EP titled With Love, though the EP is no longer available on streaming platforms. Since then, she has explored a range of musical styles while predominantly staying within the pop genre. Her standout single, "Make Believe," has garnered significant attention, amassing over a million monthly listeners on Spotify.
