Valerie Loo

Valerie Loo is a talented actress from Singapore, currently based in the United States, who gained significant recognition for her role as 'Nicole' in Hulu's anthology series, American Horror Stories. Born and raised in Singapore, Valerie is fluent in both English and Mandarin. In 2013, she relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, where she pursued her studies at Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry. During her time at ASU, she engaged in oncology research at the esteemed ASU Institute of Biodesign.

Before her move to the U.S., Valerie showcased her vocal talents by participating in the fourth season of Singapore's popular singing competition, Campus Superstar, where she impressively secured 7th place during the live rounds. In 2018, while furthering her education in graduate school, Valerie was discovered by a local modeling agency in Phoenix, which opened doors for her in the entertainment industry. This opportunity ultimately led her to Los Angeles in 2019, where she began to carve out her career in acting and modeling. With her diverse background and dedication to her craft, Valerie Loo continues to make her mark in the entertainment world.
