Mark Alan Dacascos, born on February 26, 1964, is a multifaceted American actor and martial artist celebrated for his dynamic performances and martial arts expertise. From a young age, Dacascos showcased his talent, clinching numerous karate and kung fu titles from the age of 7 to 18.

His most recognized role began in January 2005 when he took on the character of "the Chairman" in the popular Food Network series Iron Chef America, succeeding Takeshi Kaga from the original Japanese version. Dacascos's portrayal as Kaga's fictional nephew brought a unique charm to the series, and he later reprised this role in Iron Chef Australia.

Dacascos's filmography features notable performances such as Eric Draven in The Crow: Stairway to Heaven, the Advent Master Eubulon on Kamen Rider Dragon Knight, and the lead in the French film Brotherhood of the Wolf.
