Dr. Patrick Flanagan is a renowned inventor and scientist best known for creating the Neurophone in 1958, a groundbreaking device that stimulates the nervous system by transmitting sound through the skin directly to the brain. This innovation earned him U.S. Patent No. 3,393,279 in 1968 and garnered attention in Life magazine, which hailed him as a “unique, mature and inquisitive scientist.” The Neurophone has since evolved into a tool designed to enhance learning capabilities.

Flanagan's prodigious talents emerged early; at just eleven, he developed and marketed a guided missile detector for the U.S. Military. By seventeen, he had earned his pilot's license and worked with a Pentagon think tank, later consulting for prestigious organizations such as the NSA, CIA, NASA, and the Office of Naval Research.

Since 1981, Flanagan has focused on innovations in health technology, creating numerous successful products centered on water and specific mineral structures. His research on the negative hydride ion, initially met with skepticism, gained credence when Nobel laureate Subrahmanyan Chandrasekhar acknowledged its potential in deep space exploration. Flanagan has authored several peer-reviewed papers on Silica Hydride, contributing to journals like the International Journal of Hydrogen Energy.

Continuing his work as a scientist, inventor, and philanthropist, Dr. Flanagan promotes innovative healing methods rooted in ancient traditions from India and Egypt. His contributions are increasingly recognized within the scientific community, with academic institutions from Oxford to Stanford beginning to explore and teach his discoveries to a new generation of scientists.
