He has enjoyed a successful career in the realms of Canadian film, television, and corporate communication. In 1985, he established Rex Hagon & Associates (RHA), where he has been instrumental in developing a unique framework for executive coaching centered on Effective Business Communications. Drawing from his extensive background in performance and corporate sectors, Rex designed RHA’s distinctive methodology, which encompasses four successful program formats. His approach goes beyond mere speaking skills, aiming to cultivate a unified communication identity within organizations. By prioritizing consistent messaging, his programs help ensure that communication remains cohesive across all levels of a corporation.
