Taika Waititi
Taika David Cohen ONZM, professionally recognized as Taika Waititi, was born on August 16, 1975, in New Zealand. He is a multifaceted talent known for his work as a filmmaker, actor, and comedian, particularly celebrated for his unique take on comedy. His creativity has led him to excel not only as a director but also as a voice actor and producer across various projects. Waititi's impressive body of work has garnered him numerous awards, including an Academy Award, a BAFTA Award, and a Grammy Award. Among his notable films are "Boy" (2010) and "Hunt for the Wilderpeople" (2016), both of which topped the box office in New Zealand.
