Carla Azar is a versatile American musician renowned for her skills as a drummer, guitarist, keyboardist, and vocalist. She is a key member of the band Autolux, contributing significantly to their sound. Azar showcased her drumming talents on several albums by Jack White, including Blunderbuss, Lazaretto, and Boarding House Reach. Furthermore, in 2012, she toured with White's band, The Peacocks.

Between 2009 and 2011, Azar collaborated with artist Mark Whalen, known as Kill Pixie, to create music for various art installations. Her artistic ventures extend to film; she appeared in the 2014 movie Frank, featuring actors Michael Fassbender and Domhnall Gleeson.
