Maggie Kiley

Maggie Kiley is a distinguished director and executive producer known for her impactful contributions to television. She has skillfully directed the pilots and key episodes for several acclaimed series, including Dr. Death, Katy Keene, Dirty John: The Betty Broderick Story, and Breathe. Kiley began her professional journey as an actress before seamlessly transitioning into writing and directing, making her mark with her debut feature, Some Boys Don't Leave (2009), which was produced on a micro-budget.

Before taking the reins on pilots, Kiley honed her craft by directing numerous television dramas, collaborating with notable creators such as Ryan Murphy, Greg Berlanti, Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, and Lauren LeFranc, among others. Her talent and dedication to storytelling have earned her recognition within the industry.

An accomplished graduate of the American Film Institute’s Directing Workshop for Women, Kiley has also participated in Film Independent's Directing Lab and various diversity initiatives. Her expertise led to an exclusive overall deal with Warner Brothers Television, further solidifying her influence in the entertainment landscape.

On the personal front, Kiley is married to composer and songwriter Matthew Puckett, and together they are the proud parents of two children, balancing family life with her thriving career.
