Denise Tantucci's journey into the performing arts began in her hometown, where she studied theater under the guidance of maestro Mauro Pierfederici. At just 15 years old, she took a significant step in her career by moving to Rome to hone her acting skills at the Yvonne D'Abbraccio Academy. Denise made her television debut portraying Giusy in the fifth season of "Play It Again," followed by a role as a teacher and Daphne in the ninth season of "Don Matteo."

In August 2013, she landed a pivotal role as Giada Spanoi, an Albanian girl searching for her long-lost parents, in the ninth season of "Un Medico in Famiglia." Her character's romantic storyline with Tommaso "Tommy" Martini, the son of the new family doctor, became a highlight of the series.

In addition to acting, Denise pursued her passion for music and writing. In 2012, she released her debut single "Dressed in Blood," and in October 2013, she published her first poetry collection, "Fantasticherie e congetture," through Aletti Editore.

Her creative talents expanded further in 2014 when she wrote and produced her inaugural stage show, "Un Doppio Legame." That same year, she joined the cast of the second season of "Braccialetti Rossi" and appeared in the third season of "Fuoriclasse." Her film career blossomed with her role in the comedy "Ma tu di che segno 6?" directed by Neri Parenti, released in December 2014. In 2015, Denise made her mark in cinema by participating in the international remake of "Ben-Hur," reprising her role as Nina in the third season of "Braccialetti Rossi."
