Stephen Wilson Bethel, born on February 24, 1984, in Hillsborough, New Hampshire, is a prominent American actor and producer recognized for his dynamic performances across various television series and films. He first captured audiences' attention as Brad in the teen drama The O.C. and went on to secure guest roles in notable series such as JAG, Cold Case, and NCIS. His portrayal of Corporal Evan "Q-Tip" Stafford in the Emmy-nominated miniseries Generation Kill further solidified his talent.
