Bruce Blair

Bruce Robert Blair, born on December 27, 1957, in Dunedin, is a distinguished cricketer from New Zealand. He made significant contributions to the New Zealand national team during the 1980s, featuring in 14 One Day Internationals. Known for his skills on the field, Blair's cricketing journey has been marked by notable performances that have left a lasting impact on New Zealand cricket.

After concluding his playing career, Blair transitioned into coaching, taking the reins of the Northern Districts team from 2001 to 2006. His leadership and expertise helped shape the next generation of cricketers in the region. Currently, he serves as a coaching services advisor at the New Zealand Academy of Sport in Hamilton, where he continues to influence the sport through mentorship and development of emerging talents.
