He quickly made a name for himself with guest appearances on popular series such as *Criminal Minds*, *Children's Hospital*, Disney Channel's *Shake It Up*, and Nickelodeon's *Victorious*. His versatility also shone through in national commercials for brands like Lexus and humorous sketches on Funny or Die.

In 2011, Grant earned significant recognition for his poignant portrayal of a young classical pianist battling a brain tumor in ABC's acclaimed drama *Private Practice*, created by Shonda Rhimes. His performance showcased his depth as an actor, leading to a pivotal role in ABC Family's *The Secret Life of the American Teenager*, where he played Ethan, a troubled youth whose character arc was expanded from a one-time guest to a series regular in the show's final season alongside Shailene Woodley.

Following this success, he starred as Connor in *Pretty Little Liars* and made an appearance on the FOX comedy *Brooklyn Nine-Nine* as Trevor, the rebellious son of the deputy police commissioner. Despite his Hollywood success, he remains a dedicated supporter of the Tennessee Titans and is actively pursuing his passion for skateboarding. A self-described fantasy football enthusiast, Grant balances his artistic endeavors with his love for sports.
