Richard Chevolleau

Richard Chevolleau is a Jamaican-Canadian performer renowned for his portrayal of Augur in the sci-fi series Earth: Final Conflict, which aired from 1997 to 2002. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, in 1966, he relocated to Toronto, Canada, with his family at the age of ten. Chevolleau's passion for acting blossomed during his high school years, prompting him to pursue formal training after graduation. He honed his craft by studying the Meisner Technique under Paul Bardier and further developed his skills at the Maggie Bassett Studio. His professional acting career commenced in 1989 with a role in the television series Erben des Fluchs. Since then, he has made appearances in a variety of television shows and films, including Street Time, This Is Wonderland, 'Da Kink in My Hair, Lost Girl, She's the Mayor, Saving Hope, Hannibal, Blood and Water, Killjoys, Hudson & Rex, and Murdoch Mysteries. In addition to his screen work, Chevolleau has made a significant impact on stage, featuring in acclaimed productions such as August Wilson's Fences, King Lear, and The Crucible. His outstanding performance in The Eleventh Hour earned him a Gemini Award in 2004 for Best Performance by an Actor in a Guest Role in a Dramatic Series.
