Albert Baró hails from a theatrical family and honed his craft at Horitzó Teatre de Sant Esteve de Palautordera, where he contributed to various productions, including "Los Pastorets," "Abrazo-Sant Esteve Tsunami," and "Grease." He began his professional journey at the tender age of twelve, landing a role in the popular series "El Cor de la Ciutat," where he portrayed Johan during its ninth and part of the tenth season. In 2009, Baró took part in the television adaptation of Jaume Cabré's novel "Les veus del Pamano."

His film career took off in 2012 when he starred as Gabi in "The Wild Ones," followed by a role in Marc Carreté's "Asmodexia" in 2014. Baró also showcased his theatrical talents in Albert Espinosa's "Els nostres tigres beuen llet," staged at the National Theatre of Catalonia.

A significant milestone in his career came in 2015 when he joined the acclaimed series "Merlí." That same year, he appeared in the music video for Tame Impala's "The Less I Know the Better." He furthered his education with an acting course at Laura Jou School between 2015 and 2016 and participated in the play "Citizenship," which premiered in Barcelona. In 2018, he was featured in the Spanish television series "Servir y proteger," and in 2019, he portrayed Bruno, a Catalan refugee, in the Argentine telenovela "El Trece: tierra de amor y venganza."
