These trials brought Al to a low point, leaving him with diminished sensation in his hands and feet and reliant on a wheelchair.

Undeterred by these setbacks, Al is fiercely committed to honoring Colleen’s memory and fulfilling their shared dream of retiring at their mining site on Indian River. Fueled by resilience and determination, he has made a remarkable return to the Yukon, intent on revitalizing the mine and restoring its profitability. Working alongside his dedicated aide Tamsin and a small team guided by his trusted right-hand man Hiro, Big Al strives to find solace, rebuild his strength, and ultimately strike it rich in the gold-laden earth.
