In 2023, she released her debut Netflix special, *Leanne Morgan: I'm Every Woman*, which quickly gained popularity, ranking among the top 10 comedy specials on the platform.

Raised in a farming family in Adams, Tennessee, Morgan's upbringing was steeped in hard work, as her family ran a pig processing plant. She completed her high school education at Jo Byrns High School in 1983 and later earned a degree in child and family studies from the University of Tennessee.

After the birth of her first child, Morgan turned to jewelry sales, where her conversations about motherhood resonated with clients. This connection sparked her foray into comedy, leading to her first YouTube special, which astonishingly garnered over 50 million views in 2023.
