Antoinette Jelgersma
Antoinette Jelgersma, born on December 18, 1955, in Oosterbeek, is a celebrated Dutch actress known for her dynamic performances across stage and screen. She completed her training at the Toneelschool Arnhem, graduating in 1984, and has since made significant contributions to Dutch theater.
Throughout her career, Jelgersma has graced the stages of numerous esteemed theater companies, including the Publiekstheater, Sater, Persona, Carrousel, the RO Theater, and the Onafhankelijk Toneel. In 1997, she became a prominent member of the Nationale Toneel, where she continues to captivate audiences with her artistry.
In addition to her theatrical achievements, Jelgersma has also made her mark in film and television. Notably, she portrayed Queen Juliana in the 2012 television series "Beatrix, Oranje onder vuur," showcasing her ability to bring historical figures to life.
