Annazette Chase, born on May 20, 1943, is a notable American actress recognized for her dynamic performances in film and television. Her most prominent roles include performances in "The Mack" (1973) and "Truck Turner" (1974), as well as her portrayal of Muhammad Ali's wife, Belinda, in "The Greatest" (1977), where Ali himself starred. Chase's acting journey began with minor, uncredited roles in "Chamber of Horrors" (1966) and "Hotel" (1967), and she continued to build her credits with appearances in "Sounder" (1976) and "Blume in Love" (1973).

Chase's final film appearance to date was in "The Toy" (1982), featuring Richard Pryor and Jackie Gleason, a project that came about after Pryor selected her following their collaboration in "The Mack." Her television credits are extensive, including four episodes of "Burke's Law" alongside Gene Barry, and guest roles on iconic series such as "Perry Mason," "Get Smart," and "The White Shadow."
