Misha Gabriel

Misha Gabriel (born May 13, 1987), also recognized as Misha Gabriel Hamilton, is a talented American dancer, choreographer, and actor. He is particularly celebrated for his contributions to the dance scenes of iconic artists, including Janet Jackson and Michael Jackson. Gabriel gained notable acclaim for his portrayal of Eddy in both *Step Up Revolution* (2012) and *Step Up: All In* (2014).

Hailing from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Misha was raised in Larkspur, Colorado. His early introduction to dance began at the tender age of two, largely influenced by his mother, Irina Brecher, a ballet dancer from Romania. Over the years, he showcased his exceptional skills by performing alongside a variety of music legends, such as Mariah Carey, Beyoncé, and Christina Aguilera. His extensive dance repertoire also includes commercial work and appearances in films like *Jackass 2*, *Clerks 2*, and *Center Stage: Turn It Up*.

Gabriel was handpicked as a principal dancer for Michael Jackson’s ambitious *This Is It* concerts, intended to take place at London's O2 Arena. Tragically, the concert series was canceled just days before the dancers were scheduled to depart due to Jackson's untimely passing. Nonetheless, Misha appeared in the documentary *Michael Jackson's This Is It*, highlighting the preparations for the show. His dynamic presence continues to leave a mark in the entertainment industry.
