Sonia Deleo

Sonia Deleo embarked on her artistic journey in 2003, enrolling in the Theatre Performance program at Mount Royal University in Calgary. Shortly thereafter, she moved to Jasper, Alberta, where she played an instrumental role in establishing The Jasper Theatre Company. As a co-founder, Sonia took on the dual roles of producer and director, bringing to life notable productions such as "Beyond Therapy" and "Price Check for Murder."

In 2013, Sonia returned to Calgary, fueled by her passion for returning to the stage and delving deeper into the film industry. She honed her skills further by studying film and television at The Company of Rogues. Her recent works in both film and theatre include "The Dead Mile Stories: X & Deck" with 4-13 Studios and the acclaimed "Almost, Maine" performed by the Artists' Collective Theatre.

Sonia is thrilled to announce her participation in "Herschell Gordon Lewis' BloodMania," where she takes on her first lead role, an exciting milestone in her evolving career. With a strong commitment to her craft and a growing portfolio of diverse performances, Sonia Deleo continues to make her mark in the creative arts landscape.
