Kron Moore
Kron Moore hails from the vibrant west side of Detroit, where her passion for the arts, especially music, ignited at a young age. She began her journey in performing arts through school musicals and plays, and during her teenage years, she became part of various R&B and Soul groups. Eventually, she embarked on a solo career, releasing her debut album in 2002 and lending her exceptional vocal talents to a variety of genres, including R&B, Gospel, Jazz, and Hip-Hop.
Kron earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Alabama and graduated with honors from the Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts, specifically in their Video program. Initially aiming to become a television news anchor, her path took a turn when she was cast in her first film project shortly after her graduation, leading her to explore numerous stage and film opportunities.
From 2005 to 2011, Kron made her mark in the theater world, participating in over twenty-five productions. Her voice has graced several radio commercials, including notable campaigns for MDCH and Citizens Bank. Additionally, she has appeared in various television and film projects such as "The Bewick & Mack Show," "Detroit 1-8-7," and "Game Over." As the lead vocalist of the Detroit-based band Merge, Kron continues to showcase her dynamic talent, solidifying her presence in the entertainment industry.
